Dr Gerald Khoury

Founder & lead instructor

Gerald is an AI and IT leadership educator and strategist with almost four decades of experience helping organisations navigate technology-driven change. He first began teaching artificial intelligence in 2007 at the University of Technology Sydney and today works with CIOs, IT leaders and leadership teams to navigate AI-driven transformation, make better strategic decisions, and turn those decisions into practical action. Gerald holds a PhD in enterprise architecture and brings together deep expertise in AI leadership, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, governance and organisational change. His training is practical and enterprise-focused, built around real leadership decisions, trade-offs, practical frameworks and reusable tools rather than generic theory. Gerald has held senior leadership and advisory roles with IBM, Gartner and Info-Tech Research Group, and has worked with more than 100 government and corporate organisations across strategy, technology and transformation. Gerald also lectures at Australian tertiary institutions and is a widely published author and speaker on AI, strategy, innovation and leadership.
